Blood Making Herbal Mix

Materials required for blood-making vegetable mixture ;
- 1 carrot
- 2 capsicum peppers
- Some mint
1 teaspoon of flax seed
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Preparation of blood-making vegetable mixture ;
Crush all ingredients thoroughly in the food processor. Leave the mixture in a glass container for a while in the refrigerator. Eat twice a day (morning and evening) after meals as fresh. You can repeat the mixture at any intervals.
